WebinarWire – the contributors of advice on webinar and seminar event promotion has publicised a report presenting the best ways to ensure high attendance.
You can read the full article by Amanda MacArthur about “Webinar program end-to-end” here as she discusses the main points of promoting your event, one of the point being that you can use voice broadcasting to notify the prospects.
The part I like most is about following up the participants. First you need to do it shortly before the webinar to make sure they will attend. Then it is a good idea to follow up the people after the event to see if they are wormed up to the idea you are promoting. While the after-seminar follow up requires a personal touch (a phonecall), the first one can be easily done by means of voice broadcasting.
