  • What is Voice-Broadcast.Com?
    It is an independent expert in direct marketing posting news and articles about telemarketing. Our aim is to educate both telemarketers and consumers. We fight against unsolicited calls and other dirty schemes or tricks often used in direct marketing.
  • What is telemarketing?
    It is a subdivision of direct marketing involving a telephone; i.e. client is contacted via a phone line, fax machine or VoIP. Opposite to conventional marketing, where nobody is contacted directly (for example, a newspaper ad), in direct marketing it is face to face between the marketer and the consumer. That's why it is so sensitive and so easy to make mistakes.
  • Do You sell telemarketing products?
    No. We do not sell any products or services. Yet, we reserve the right to recommend certain third party products and services which are, to our opinion, relevant and complying with legislation. These may be voice broadcasting campaign management, software, voice modems, auto dialers and others.

  • What is voice broadcasting?
    It is a pre-recorded voice message meant to be broadcasted via phone or mobile phone. An auto dialer software or hardware is used to transmit the message to multiple recipients. It is like an automated direct email campaign only the media is a telephone.
  • What is cold calling?
    It is a type of a telemarketing call when a sales agent contacts a person who is not aware or willing to be contacted. Cold calling frequently balances on the verge of illegality.
  • How do I determine if my business would benefit from telemarketing?
    These days telemarketing works best if you use it to contact your own customers. However, it can also be used to attract new clients. Before embarking on a telemarketing campaign, you will have to calculate the cost to determine if you would benefit from this campaign. The businesses known to have gained from using telemarketing include casinos, political campaigns, theatres and entertainment venues, mortgage brokers and retailers. It is always necessary to be involved in some form of direct marketing when you have grown an army of devoted returning clients.
